DeLonghi FK6 Deep Fryer Replacement Filters for models D612, D660, D670, D650UX, D677UX D689UX & D690UX.
Each package has three charcoal and three white filters for the dual filtration system. The two replaceable filters prevent the release of oil vapors and odors into your kitchen. The black charcoal filter takes out the odors and the white filter prevents the release of oil vapors. When the white oil vapor filter indicator square changes or the filter turns brown it is time for replacement after approximately twelve uses. Neccesity
You really need these to use with the deep fryer. They are a little pricey. but it certainly helps keep the grease clean and reusable. By the way the Deep Fryer is Great.

Filter changes are good!
I did not realize several years ago when given my Delonghi deep fryer that I would have to change the filters inside.

The filters are replacement parts for those that came with the deep fryer when newly purchased. They work as advertised.
